Personal data

The information you provide (contact, enquiry and booking forms) is used solely to process your request and to manage your booking and your stay. It is never passed on or sold to third parties.

For these purposes only, it is shared with our service providers: OVH (website hosting, in France), Stripe (online payment: your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never pass through our website) and Brevo (sending booking emails).

Data from an enquiry that does not lead to a booking is deleted once it has been dealt with; booking data is kept for the duration of the stay and its follow-up, then archived for the period required by our accounting and tax obligations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi « Informatique et Libertés »), you have the right to access, rectify, object to, port and erase your data. To exercise these rights, contact us by phone or via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses no advertising or profiling cookies. The only items stored are:

technical cookies essential to the operation of the booking pages (session, form protection);
your choice regarding the information banner, remembered in your browser.

Visitor numbers are measured with Matomo, configured without cookies and with IP address anonymisation, in line with CNIL recommendations: it cannot be used to identify you. If you click “Decline” in the banner, no measurement takes place.
