How we collect reviews

Only guests who booked a stay on this website, and actually stayed, can post a review: after they leave, they receive a personal link by email, valid for 60 days. One review per stay.

• Every review is published, positive or negative, after a check within a few days.
• A review is only rejected if it contains insulting, defamatory or discriminatory remarks, another person's personal data or advertising, or if it is not about the stay. Its author is then told the reason.
• The text of a review is never edited. The owners may reply; their reply is shown below the review.
• Nothing is offered in return for a review.
• Reviews are listed from newest to oldest, with their date, the month of the stay and the author's first name followed by the initial of their surname.
